At the Check Out appointment the clerk will revisit the property with the tenant and inspect it against the original Inventory.

The property will be fully inspected for any discrepancies, deficiencies or damage that may have occurred.

The clerk will complete a Schedule of Condition at Check Out and record all issues noted, including deficient cleaning, gardening required, damages, additional items, items not seen etc. In addition they will record

All of these items will be fully discussed with the tenant and the tenant will sign all paperwork accordingly.

The final computerised Check Out Report, completed by the clerk, can include full advice and recommendations on levels of responsibility and apportionment if required.
