To ensure that the properties you let are properly maintained by the tenant, Peppermint Inventories provide a mid term Inspection service on request.

This quick but thorough Inspection may be undertaken at 3-monthly, 6-monthly or yearly intervals.

The clerk will assess the condition and levels of gardening, cleaning, ventilation etc., and will consider whether the property is being kept in a good "tenant-like manner".

A Report will be completed by the clerk which will detail all concerns noted, including any maintenance issues or items raised by the tenants.
